WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
FOR PRINTS We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Shipping is free within the US and Canada. Shipping charges will be added for International orders to be handled individually via e-mail after the order is sent. This is also so for very large pieces of art.
We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.
Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact us at Hyatt Moore with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.
FOR ORIGINALS & LIMITED EDITIONS Shipping times range from 3-9 business days. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
- We do not accept returns; all sales are FINAL.
- We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
- If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact Hyatt Moore with your order number for further instructions.

All print sales are final. Please contact Hyatt Moore as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
